We provide outpatient and psychoeducational services designed to support personal growth, accountability, and long-term change. Our offerings include substance abuse counseling, Batterers’ Intervention, anger management, parenting education, and domestic violence education. Our programs are designed to promote healthy decision-making, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships.
Anger Management Classes

Anger Management Class (1 Hour)
Court-Ordered / DCF-Ordered
This 1-hour Anger Management Class is designed for individuals who have been referred by the court or the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to address patterns of impulsive, aggressive, or unhealthy anger expression. The session provides evidence-based tools and education to help participants recognize triggers, increase emotional awareness, and develop constructive responses to anger.

Batterers' Intervention Classes - BIP

(Batterers’ Intervention Program)
This 90-minute group session is part of a structured Batterers’ Intervention Program (BIP) designed to promote accountability, emotional regulation, and the development of nonviolent relationship skills among participants. The session provides a safe, facilitated space where individuals who have used violence or coercive control in intimate partner relationships can examine their behaviors, beliefs, and the impact of their actions on others.
Program Length
29 weeks in duration, including formal intake, orientation, and assessment.
OP/Substance Abuse Groups - PEC

Our DUI and Substance Abuse Psychoeducation Program is designed to provide individuals with a deeper understanding of the risks, consequences, and impact of substance use on themselves and others. Through structured, educational group sessions, participants explore topics such as decision-making, impaired driving, understanding addiction cycles and behavior patterns, identifying high-risk situations, coping skills, communication, accountability, and behavior change. The program emphasizes awareness, personal responsibility, and practical strategies for reducing risk and preventing future incidents. Services may be court-ordered or voluntary and are facilitated by trained professionals committed to supporting lasting behavioral change.

S.M.I.L.E. Facilitation Services offers individualized therapy and coaching designed to support personal growth, emotional wellness, and meaningful life change. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, clients are supported in exploring challenges, building insight, and developing practical tools to navigate life’s stressors. Our services integrate therapeutic support with goal-focused coaching to help individuals strengthen self-awareness, improve coping skills, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment. Domestic Violence Support Services

Domestic Violence
S.M.I.L.E. Facilitation Services provides trauma-informed domestic violence education and support for individuals impacted by abusive or controlling relationships. Our program is designed to help participants understand the dynamics of abuse, rebuild personal strength, and regain a sense of safety and self-worth. Through guided discussion, education, and emotional support, clients learn to recognize unhealthy patterns, develop healthy boundaries, and begin the healing process. Our approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and centered on empowerment, helping individuals move forward with clarity, confidence, and renewed hope.
Parenting Classes

Parenting Classes
S.M.I.L.E. Facilitation Services offers supportive parenting education for individuals who have experienced trauma, including those impacted by domestic violence or high-stress family environments. Our parenting classes are designed to strengthen confidence, enhance communication, and support healthy parent–child relationships. Through guided discussion and practical tools, participants learn effective parenting strategies, emotional regulation skills, and ways to create safe, nurturing environments for their children. Our approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and focused on empowering caregivers to heal, grow, and build strong, stable families.
